You're Ready to Stop Repeating the Same Cycle.

You know the one…

Everything feels manageable, until suddenly (or not so suddenly) it doesn't.

You feel completely overwhelmed. Emotionally flooded. Irritated by everyone and everything.

Unable to think clearly (ugh the mental fog!).

Questioning yourself. Questioning your relationships. Questioning your entire life.

Often wondering “what the f*ck is wrong with me?!”

Then eventually things settle down and you start picking up the pieces…

You recover. You promise yourself you'll handle it differently next time.

And then it happens again.

The problem isn't that you're lazy, broken, weak, or failing…

The problem is that it's incredibly difficult to change a pattern you don't fully understand.

The Missing Piece Isn't More Information

Most women with ADHD already know or have heard a bit about ADHD.

You've probably read the books, listened to the podcasts, followed the experts, and saved countless posts.

The problem isn't knowing…

The problem is figuring out what's happening when your brain and body start to spiral.

When everything hits at once, it becomes difficult to understand what you're feeling, what triggered it, what you need, or what to do next. (I mean hello, we're completely flooded!)

That's where this toolkit comes in…

DIGITAL TOOLKIT FOR WOMEN WITH ADHD

Imagine if…

Instead of spiraling, you could recognize what's happening sooner.

Instead of constantly reacting to the spirals, you could start preventing them.

Instead of wondering “what the f*ck is wrong with me?!”, you could understand yourself with more compassion.

Instead of wondering why everything feels impossible, you could identify what your brain and body actually need.

Instead of repeating the same cycle, you could respond differently.

That's the goal of this toolkit.

Not perfection. Not becoming a different person.

Just more awareness, more self-trust, and more support when you need it most.

WHAT'S INSIDE:

01

Name-It-to-Tame-It

A guided body scan + emotion check-in that walks you through what just happened, what you're feeling in your body, and what emotion actually fits — using a built-in Emotion Cheat Sheet so you're never stuck searching for the right word.

02

Emotion Navigator

A reflection exercise that helps you map your personal overwhelm triggers, what could help before they hit, what helps in the moment, and how to reframe the self-blame spiral with more compassion.

03

Pressure-Proof Playbook

Build your own personalized "if-then" support plan for upcoming stressful moments, complete with a Skill Menu Cheat Sheet (13 grounding techniques explained step-by-step) and a draft message template for reaching out when you need support.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

CAMMIE

Built from clinical training and lived experience.

I'm Cammie — Licensed Professional Counselor, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and an AuDHD woman who knows firsthand what it feels like when your nervous system runs the show.

I created this workbook because I know how exhausting it can feel when your emotions, nervous system, and thoughts all seem to hit at once — especially when other people don’t fully understand what’s happening internally.

So many ADHD/AuDHD women carry overwhelm quietly while blaming themselves for struggling.

This workbook was designed to offer something gentler:
understanding, support, and realistic tools that actually meet you where you are.

Everything in When Everything Hits at Once comes from a decade of clinical experience, neuroscience training, and the very real, unglamorous work of learning to regulate my own AuDHD nervous system.

You deserve tools built for your brain. This is one of them.

faq

What format is this, exactly?

It's a 28-page digital workbook (PDF). You can use it on an iPad with an app like Notability and a stylus — writing, highlighting, and adding notes directly on the pages — or print it out and fill it in by hand. Either way works.

Will this actually work for me? I've already read so much about ADHD.

This isn't more information, it's a set of tools for the moments when you already know what you "should" do but your brain and body won't cooperate. It's designed for ADHD/AuDHD women who know a lot but need something practical for when everything hits at once.

What if I don't have time to do a whole workbook?

You don't need to do it all at once, or in order. Each section works as a standalone tool — pull out the Deep Sigh Reset for a 2-minute moment, or use the Pressure-Proof Playbook when you know something stressful is coming up.

What if it doesn't help?

No pressure, no fine print. If it's not landing for you, just reach out to me and I'll make it right.

Do I need any special apps or equipment?

Nope. A free app like Notability (or any PDF annotation app) works great on tablets, but it's completely optional, printing works just as well.

What makes this different from all the other ADHD resources I've tried?

Most ADHD content gives you more information…explanations, theories, "why" you struggle. This workbook skips that. It's built for the moment things are already falling apart, giving you something to actually do — created by a clinician who is also AuDHD and has lived through exactly this.
